The Collegiate Leadership Coaching Committee (CLCC) is a National SWE Committee that was formed to support the vitality of collegiate sections across the country. Each SWE Region has its own regional CLCC, but the training we provide is uniform.
CLCC is funded through the kind support of Agilent Technologies, which allows us to come to your section and provide training for free! Typically, CLCC coaches work with your section's needs and schedule to come present training modules in 14 different topics. Visit the "Modules" tab above to read more about them!

Meet Your Local CLCC Coaches:
Amy Tsui, Region A Team Lead, Summit Coordinator
Amy is a graduate student in the Chemical Engineering department at Stanford University, where she is studying the development of biodegradable foams using naturally-derived polymers. Amy holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. As an undergraduate, she interned at Procter & Gamble and Merck & Co. in manufacturing and research. While at Rutgers, she served as Newsletter Chair (FY04), External Vice President (FY05), and Section President (FY06). During this time, she began the SWE Leading and Learning Program (SWELL), a freshman mentoring program, organized the annual Engineering Career Fair and SWE Night, and initiated her section’s high school outreach program. She has been a part of the CLCC since March 2008.

Cassandra Janakos, Region A Coach
Cassi is double majoring in Mechanical Engineering at UC Berkeley and Business Management Economics at UC Santa Cruz. She is currently doing MEMS research with the UC Berkeley Micromechanical Analysis and Design Group and has interned at NASA Ames and MCM Engineering. She is a trained biotechnician and automotive specialist, who is interested in dance, emerging technology and promoting women in engineering. Cassi also serves as the current Region A Collegiate Representative.
Rachel Morford, CLCC West Coast Deputy Chair
Rachel Morford is a Member of the Technical Staff in the Launch Directorate at The Aerospace Corporation. Morford graduated from the University of Southern California in 2007 with her BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering, specializing in satellite communications and integrated circuits. Morford is currently the SWE-Los Angeles section Vice President and serves as the SWE CLCC West Coast Deputy Chair, coordinating leadership coaching for 5 regions.
